Any shortfall in cash ( 23,625 euros P/A ) will be made up with free accommodation the following year. E.G. 2 weeks exclusive use of La Jarilla, maximum 20 people, in high season equates to 7350 euros towards return on investment.
In the case of a PARTNERSHIP/ SYNDICATE sale or buy-out ( not before 2015 ) there will now be a capital gains, as opposed to last year at the top of the market. Whether it is the full 10% remains to be seen !.
