Owners Rentals Direct is a relatively new website providing sensibly priced advertising to people who wish to rent their home in Spain. The site is UK based with English speaking staff working in both Spain and England.

Our aim is to provide attractive and informative adverts that the advertiser can upload, manage and then update themselves…. but at a price well below the market average.

We think we know what it takes to be successful at renting property because we have both rented property online and offered property for rent online. We believe the keys to success are:

• Special offers and rates for advertisers to promote available accommodation.
• Easy to manage interface.
• Affordability to advertisers.
• Market presence and high search engine rankings.

Customers are always looking for bargains and we want Owners Rentals Direct ORD to be the place they go to find them. We would like advertisers with surplus last minute accommodation to email us at ownersrentalsdirect@hotmail.com and we will promote your offer for you on our homepage or news page.

We understand we have work to do to improve in some areas. We know we need to increase the properties we offer, that is why we are currently offering very special rates to advertisers. We know we need to increase our market presence, that is why we are undertaking an advertising and search engine optimization program but everything that needs to be done, will be done.

At the moment we are concentrating on Spain but eventually we hope to expand our operations across Europe.
